Chad did an excellent job in explaining to me what the company offered and the differences in the products offered. Most importantly, he was honest in his explanations. Installation took place today. So far, so good. Chad worked with Scott to install the furnace and they both were courteous and efficient.
This Sunday my mother who is quite ill woke up to find no heat in her home. We called Paramount and were very fortunate to have Chad Shellhouse as our technician. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly as he worked diligently to find the problem. He had her furnace back up and running in a record amount of time and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and resolution.
